Training Management Guidelines
The Training Management Guidelines serve to establish standards for the implementation of the numerous training courses the iSchools Project undertakes.
The Training Management Guidelines sets the general rules to ensure that all trainings to be conducted will adopt the training management and teaching principles required for the adult learner.
Standards are also set for the compensation of trainers and the specifications of training kits specific to the 5 courses the iSchools Project implements.
The Training Management Guidelines concludes with a matrix on stakeholder responsibilities before, during and after the conduct of trainings. DOWNLOAD TRAINING MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES IN PDF FORMAT Deployment Guidelines The Deployment Guidelines was intended for the proper setup and installation of an iSchools Internet Learning Laboratory (iWILL). The iWILL is composed of the most tangible components of the project -- hardware, software and Internet connection.
The Deployment Guidelines outline the legal, physical and reporting requirements that must be met during pre- and post-deployment.
After a discussion of the responsibilities of the various iSchools Project stakeholders, a description of the mandatory distribution and floor setup of the ICT equipment is detailed. Strict compliance is essential, as this design has been approved by education experts as adhering to the objective of building ICT literacy.
