Pipisan Maug National High School Requests for a Refresher Course

Posted by Ira Jane Torrejos in Untagged

During the June 2009 visit in Pipisan Maug National High School in Tagum City (iSchools Project 2006 recipient under Bukidnon State Universtiy), we have heard the concerns of the teachers expressing their need for a refresher course re computers because according to them, though they have learned many useful things, they are not that technical persons to remember all of the things that were taught during the trainings and workshops. They would appreciate it very much if this request be granted and even willing to take part in the expenses that shall incur in the said activity. Through enriching the teachers' skills, increased student learning shall be expected.

Posted by Rodel Sinapilo in Untagged

Hi to all iSchools Users!

This is my second post in the portal. Just want to inform you that all the registered users can now post a blog using their respective iSchools portal account. To all registered users you can now post blogs that can be a help to iSchools community or to other people. I want to encourage you to post iSchools or IT related topics so that we can promote it to people. For now,  I'll be the one who will moderate all the blogs. Like I've said, kindly post a blog that can be a great help to people. I also encourage you to post open source topics so that we can promote it and share its advocacy.  Lets maximize this portal so that people will know iSchools exists (haha). To all SUCs who have not register in the portal, please do register so that you can also contribute as well.

Posted by Administrator in Untagged

This is it! The iSchools Portal is up and running. Thanks to Mr. Kiko Rimban who provided the write ups and articles . Thanks for the Open Source tools for giving the iSchools a tool for us to be in the Web. Special Thanks to Joomla who provided us a free and open source Content Management System. Oops... Before I forget , I want to thank Ms. Eufremia Lee for designing the iSchools Portal. I will not forget the swirly flowery design of this (PEACE Fem! hahaha).  For the SUC Partners, thank you for your undying support for the project. We know your work and hardships for this. Your work is not in vain because we are making an impact to the next generation thru ICT. There will be a continuation for this blog. Im just testing our new section for this site. So watch out for the next issue! hehehe
