After the CILC Consultation Workshop conducted in Cavite State University last January 19 – 21, 2009 attended by 23 SUCs and 37 participants, a series of similar trainings were conducted in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao to enhance, revise and formulate new training design for the trainers, training design for the rollout, manual contents and several projects.

Also discussed during the three runs were issues and concerns, lessons learned and best practices done and observed during the previous (second) implementation of the project. The outputs from these consultative trainings will be used as inputs for the upcoming CILC rollout trainings.

The following are the facts resulting from the Consultative Workshop, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao training implementation:
